Smoked Pork Tenderloin Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

 1 Pork Tenderloin
 Ho sauce
 Postal Barbecue ORIGINAL RUB
 Provolone Cheese
 Peperoncini’s
 Red onion
 ½ stick Butter
 1 Clove Minced Garlic
PORK TENDERLOIN GLAZE
  cup Maple Syrup
 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 Hot Sauce to taste
SPICY MAYO
 3 tbsp Mayonaise
 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 Hot Sauce to taste

To get started with this recipe, you first need to prepare and cook your pork tenderloin. The preparation is fairly simply. To get started trim up any silver skin and unwanted excess fats and then apply your favorite hot sauce as a binder for your BBQ Rub to stick to.. Once you’ve applied your hot sauce, you’ll want to liberally season your pork tenderloin with your favorite BBQ rub. On this cook we used our Postal Barbecue ORIGINAL rub. Once the tenderloin as been prepared, place it onto the grill, opposite the coals and begin cooking around 275F to a final rested tempreture of around 145F.

After the Pork Tenderloin has been cooking for about 30 minutes its time to apply a sweet and spicy glaze to the outside of the pork. For this we simply mixed together 1/3 cup of maple syrup, 2 tbs apple cider vinegar, and then lastly hot sauce to taste. Glaze it at this point and then again when the pork tenderloin reaches 140F.

Once the Pork Tenderloin is done and off the grill, it’s time to start building your Slider. To start with cut your Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and then start building the sliders by first laying down provolone cheese, thinly sliced Pork Tenderloin, more provolone cheese and then thinly sliced red onions and sliced peperoncini peppers. Lastly, apply a little bit of bbq rub and your spicy mayo. When that’s all done, add the top bun onto the sliders and then brush on some melted garlic butter before placing it back onto the grill.. Once on the grill, let the sliders cook for about 20 minutes or until your cheese has melted and the tops of the sliders have browned. After about 20 minutes remove the sliders, slice them up and get ready for an amazing feast!
