Ingredients

 2 Beef Back Ribs
 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
 BBQ Rub for Beef

Directions

Step #1
1

To prepare your Beef Back Ribs, start off by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs and clean up and pieces that are ready to fall off. Next, apply your Worcestershire sauce as a binder followed by your BBQ rub. On this cook I used Uncle Steve Shake “original” as well as my Postal Barbecue Beef Rub.

Step #2
2

Once your Beef Ribs are prepared, get your grill set up for cooking at 250F with your favourite wood to give it some smoky flavour. Once your grill is up to temperature, place your ribs onto the grill opposite the coals using indirect heat. Close the grill and begin cooking for 2 hours.

Step #3
3

After 2 hours of smoking, open the grill and give it a spritz with water or beef broth. Close the lid again and continue cooking another hour before spritzing a second time.

Step #4
4

After around 4-5 hours your beef back ribs will be done (time will depend on size and thickness of the ribs). You will know they are done when your probe goes in and out with no resistance similar to a knife going into room temperature butter.
