Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe

 Tortilla Chips
 Shredded Cheese
 Red Onion
 Pepperoncini Peppers
 BBQ Sauce
 Postal Barbecue Original Rub

To prepare your Nachos, first, gather all your ingredients. Start by slicing your red onions into thin bite-sized pieces. Also, slice your pepperoncini’s. Once your toppings are cut begin to assemble your nachos beginning with tortillas on the bottom followed by your cheese. Next add on your pulled pork, onions, and pepperoncini’s followed by a little bit of bbq rub and bbq sacue. Repeat this process with a second layer.

Once your nachos are put together place them on the grill opposite the coals and begin cooking them between 300F-350F until the cheese in the centre has melted to your liking.

After around 20-25 minutes your cheese should be good and melted and ready to remove.. Once off the grill top it with a little bit of cilantro and serve hot with some fresh salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
