 Postal Barbecue ORIGINAL rub
Honey Garlic Sauce Recipe
  cup Soy Sauce
 56 Cloves Minced Garlic
 1 tsp Minced Ginger
 ½ cup Honey

Directions

Step #1
1

To prepare your smoked Honey Garlic Ribs, start by trimming your ribs as needed then removing the membrane on the back of the ribs. Once your ribs are trimmed to your liking, apply a slather of mustard onto the outside of the ribs followed by a light application of your favourite rib rub – On this cook we use a combination of our MAD COW and ORIGINAL rubs which was a perfect choice!

Step #2
2

With your ribs prepared, set up Camp Chef Pellet Grill for cooking around 250F and set your smoke setting to 7. With the Camp Chef Woodwind 24 set up, place the ribs into the pellet grill using the top rack. Once everything is in the grill and set up, close the lid and begin cooking.

Step #3
3

After 1.5 hours of smoking your ribs, open up the grill and begin to spritz the ribs with a combination of half water and half apple cider vinegar. This will help keep the ribs hydrated as they cook. Continue this process every 45-60 minutes.

Step #4
4

After about 4 – 4.5hours of cooking your ribs should be almost done and it’s now time to brush on your first coating of honey garlic sauce (see recipe above). Once the ribs have been sauce, continue cooking for about 30 minutes then coat a second time at the last 10 minutes of the cook. Once the ribs are done, pull them off the grill, slice into them and enjoy!
