Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

 3 Chicken Breasts
 Postal Barbecue CHICK’N Rub
 4 Strips Bacon
 ½ stick Butter
 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
 Hawaiian King Rolls
 Jalapeno Havarti Cheese
 Chopped Green Onion
 Sesame Seeds
 1 cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
 ½ cup Ranch Dressing

To get started with this recipe, you first need to prepare and cook both your Chicken Breast and your bacon. The preparation is fairly simply. To get started trim up any unwanted excess fats and then apply your favorite BBQ Rub. On this cook we used our Postal Barbecue CHICK’N rub. Once the chicken as been prepared, place it onto the grill, opposite the coals along with your bacon and begin cooking around 275F to a final rested tempreture of around 165F.

Once the chicken and bacon are all done and off the grill, it’s time to chop everything up and make buffalo chicken mixture. For this chop up your chicken breasts into bite sized pieces along with your bacon. Next in a mixing bowl add your chicken, bacon, franks buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing and then mix it together well.

With everything mixed together it now time to start building your sliders. To start with, cut your Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and then start building the sliders by first laying down havarti cheese, followed but your buffalo chicken bacon ranch mixture, more provolone cheese and then chopped green onion. When that’s all done, add the top bun onto the sliders and then brush on some melted garlic butter before placing it back onto the grill.. Once on the grill, let the sliders cook for about 15-20 minutes or until your cheese has melted and the tops of the sliders have browned. After about 15-20 minutes remove the sliders, slice them up and get ready for an amazing feast!
