Yields1 Serving

 2 lbs Chicken Wings
 Postal Barbecue CHICK'N Rub
 1 tbsp Oil
Alabama White Sauce
 1 cup Mayo
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar (add more to thin sauce)
 ½ Fresh Lemon
 1 tbsp Horseradish
 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1 tsp Garlic
 23 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Step #1
1

To prepare your chicken wings apply a little bit of oil followed by only a medium coating of BBQ Rub to the outside of the chicken. We used our Postal Barbecue CHICK'N Rub.

Step #2
2

Once your chicken wings have been seasoned, set up your grill for cooking around 350F. Once your grill is up to temperature, place the chicken wings onto the grill opposite the coals. Next, add in your favourite hardwood to add a little bit of smoke flavour, then close the lid and begin cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature between 185-190F flipping half way through. This should take around 45-50 minutes.

Step #3
3

While the wings are smoking away mix together all your ingredients that are needed for your Alabama white sauce. With your sauce mixed together, apply it to your wings once they have reached 185-190 then place them back onto the grill to allow the sauce to set. After 5-7 minutes the sauce should be set nicely. At this point you can remove them to enjoy or you can add on a light second coating of the sauce.. MMMMM... YUM!
